Can I order a single piece?

Yes for DTF printing. Embroidery and screen printing have minimums: see the Minimums and Turnaround Times page.

Can I mix and match sizes and colors?

Yes. Sizes can be freely mixed. For colours, a change in garment colour may influence the price in screen printing.

Can I change my order after approving it?

Yes, as long as production has not started. Once the mock-up is approved and production begins, changes are no longer possible.

I don't have a vector logo, what should I do?

Send us what you have. We will evaluate the file and, if necessary, redraw it for a crisp render.

Will I see a proof before production?

Always. A digital mock-up showing your visual positioned on the product is sent to you for approval.

Do you store my files?

Yes. Your files, colors, and positions remain in your folder to speed up your next orders.

Does embroidery damage clothes?

No. A stabilizer is used to protect the fabric and ensure a crisp result that won't distort during washing.

How to care for a customized garment?

Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Avoid direct ironing on the print.

Do you deliver everywhere in Canada?

Yes. We ship across Canada, to a single location or multiple delivery addresses.

Can I pick up my order at the workshop?

Yes, on-site pickup is available by appointment.

Do you offer expedited service?

Depending on the workshop's workload and the chosen technique, accelerated production may sometimes be possible. Please mention your deadline when submitting your request.

Are there any setup fees?

Embroidery requires initial logo digitisation and screen printing requires screen preparation. These costs are clearly indicated in the submission.

What payment methods do you accept?

Interac e-Transfer, credit card and corporate billing upon approval.
