Minimums and lead times
It's important for us to be transparent about minimum quantities and production lead times. No surprises along the way!
Minimum quantities
The minimum depends on the technique, not the product. You can mix sizes and colors within the same order.
DTF Printing
No setup fees. Ideal for small batches and multi-color visuals.
Embroidery
Logo digitization required for the first order, reused thereafter.
Production lead times

What influences the delay
The clock starts running upon approval
The countdown begins when you approve the mock-up, not at the time of the request.
Clothing availability
A size or color out of stock with the supplier may extend the lead time by a few days.
Number of positions
A logo on the front, one on the back, and one on the sleeve require three production passes.
Peak period
November, December, and the start of the school year are busier. Plan a little in advance.
Delivery
We ship throughout Canada. An order can be split into multiple delivery points, for example, one branch per address.
Workshop pickup
By appointment, free of charge.
Greater Quebec City / Montreal
1 to 2 business days.
Rest of Canada
2 to 5 business days.
Multiple deliveries
Distribution by address upon request.
